TranslaCat Samsung Alpha 0.0.2 — experimental HDMI diagnostic

NOT TESTED ON A PHYSICAL SAMSUNG TV. NO LIVE TRANSLATION OR PHONE PAIRING.
This is a technical volunteer test package, not a Samsung Store release.
Samsung Tizen uses WGT, not Android APK. The enclosed WGT is UNSIGNED and cannot be installed directly. Installing requires a computer, Samsung TV SDK, Developer Mode and a Samsung TV certificate profile that includes your TV's DUID.

What it tests: whether sample Turkish text, the current HDMI picture and sound can be shown together in a foreground Tizen app. Compatibility, HDR, VRR, 120 Hz, Game Mode and latency are unverified.

Installation for technical testers:
1. Install Tizen Studio / Samsung TV SDK, TV Extension and Samsung Certificate Extension. Connect your TV using Device Manager; enable Developer Mode according to your model's instructions.
2. In Certificate Manager, create a Samsung TV profile and include the target TV DUID in the distributor certificate. Use “Permit to install applications” in Device Manager if required. Keep credentials private.
3. Open a terminal in the source folder. Replace SamsungTVProfile with your existing profile name:
   python3 package.py --profile SamsungTVProfile --output ./signed-output
4. Run: sdb devices
5. Replace TV_SERIAL with your connected device's serial:
   tizen install -s TV_SERIAL --name TranslaCat-Samsung-HDMI-0.0.2-signed.wgt -- ./signed-output
   tizen run -s TV_SERIAL -p TrnCatHDMI.Probe
The signing path has not been run with the Samsung SDK. Report installation errors; this archive does not prove installability.

Test: open your console's HDMI input, launch the app and select the first button. Check picture + sample text + sound. Stop/Back ends the test; Back again exits. If a request times out, exit and relaunch. Start with a short session and record the picture mode you used.

Send your exact TV model, firmware, console, HDMI port, result and any error message to support@translacat.info. Do not post your DUID, private IP, passwords or certificate files publicly. A model name is enough for an initial reply. No purchase or subscription is required for this diagnostic.
