Android closed beta: join and install

The beta is live only for Google accounts added to the Play Console tester list. It will not appear in Play Store search.

Phone mode is free. Google Play transactions using a “Test card” incur no real charge. Closed beta membership alone does not make purchases free; other accounts may incur real charges.

Existing confirmed beta signups have been transferred to the tester list. If you did not receive an access email, send the Google address used in Play Store and wait for confirmation. Send my Google Play email

1. After access is confirmed, sign in to your browser with the same Google account and confirm “Become a tester”.

2. Open Play Store on your phone and select the same Google account from your profile icon. Then open the download link.

Using two accounts? Compare the selected email in your browser and Play Store. New newsletter signups do not receive instant Play access; wait for the tester-list confirmation email.
